Based on the 1160 Porcelain White clay this body has a addition of 80's grade Molochite.  This gives this more tooth, which gives a greater plastic strength and enables larger pieces to be made.  This clay can also be used for coiling and slabbing and will also throw well, but some potters may think it is too coarse for the latter.
