Exceptional summer closure

Due to exceptional circumstances, we are closed from Tuesday 23 - Tuesday 30 July 2024.

During this time, our potters' shop will be closed to customers and we will not be able to process any orders or respond to enquiries.

We apologise for any inconvience this may cause and appreciate your understanding at this time.

Our web shop is open 24/7. We endeavour to despatch pallet orders and courier/post orders received by 11am the same working day, stocks allowing. No orders are despatched on Saturday, Sunday or Mondays. For next working day delivery opt for Express Delivery at the check-out. Saturday deliveries can be arranged but will always incur a surcharge. For this service call 01243 265845.

We are able to accept orders by telephone and through the web shop. Click and collect is also possible via telephone or the web shop. It is important to agree a collection time before attempting to collect.

Potters' shop and office opening times

Our opening hours are as follows:

Mondays

We are closed on Mondays.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays

We are open 10am - 4.00pm and closed for lunch between 1 - 2pm.

Saturdays

We are open on the first Saturday of the month only, 10am - 4.00pm. Please note, if the first Saturday falls on a Bank Holiday weekend, we are open the following Saturday.

Seasonal closures

We close for public holidays and annual breaks. During these closures no orders will be dispatched.
