A hard lead free clear borosilicate frit. Good general purpose frit for developing strong colours.materials. Lead based glazes are well-known for their rich, bright surfaces and good reaction to decorating colours. Lead used in the fritted form enables the potter to formulate glazes with these qualities but which are also safe.
